Fill The Squad
Join us for Fill the Squad, a community-driven school supply donation event dedicated to helping local students start the school year prepared and confident. We’re partnering with local first responders to “fill the squad” vehicle with essential school supplies for children and families in need.
We are collecting items such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, folders, and other classroom essentials. Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful impact and helps ensure that every child has the tools they need to succeed.

In class, we will talk about the supplies, ingredients, and techniques needed to make sourdough bread, as well as other baked goods you can make with your starter or discard. You will learn hands on how to mix up dough, and how to feed and maintain a starter.

Maunesha River Clean Up
The next Maunesha River Alliance cleanup is set for May 2nd at 9:00 AM!
They’re looking for volunteers to help clean up the river and make a difference in our community. The cleanup will begin at Whispers Roadhouse, where canoes will be launched, and volunteers will work their way down to the 4 corners in Waterloo (S. Monroe).

Sunday, April 5th for the 3rd year of this amazing event, presented by Knots Erased and Sign Dreamers!
This year, 100% of the proceeds will benefit Groceries for Growth, a local organization that provides food and snacks to children to help sustain them through the weekend.

The 2026 Easter Egg Hunt in Waterloo Firemen's Park is upon us! Bring the kids out to meet the Easter Bunny and do some egg hunting!
10 am - Easter Bunny Meet and Greet
*Great time to get some photos with the Easter Bunny and family!
10:30 am - Easter Egg Hunt Announcements and then the hunt is on!
